Visit to the Ozeki sake-brewing industry [2月 04,2011 ]

Students of the practical Japanese course visited the Ozeki sake-brewing industry at Nishinomiya city of Hyogo prefecture on January 25. The company staff gave us a detailed explanation about the production process of sake, showing its real materials and instruments.
