On November 11, 2023, at the 39th International Issues Presentation Contest hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. NGUYEN PHUONG LY, a student in the OU Foundation Program (F Program) at CJLC, was awarded the ASEAN-Japan Prize along Mr. TSUTSUI Ryosuke (Kyoto University).
Subsequently, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Ly, along with fellow awardees and members of the judging panel, had the privilege of paying a courtesy visit to Ms. KAMIKAWA Yoko, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan on December 11, 2023.
