Visit to the Ozeki sake-brewing industry [2月 23,2012 ]

On January 31, Students of the practical Japanese course visited the Ozeki sake-brewing industry at Nishinomiya city of Hyogo prefecture. The company staff gave us a detailed explanation about sake production process, showing its real materials and products. Some students addressed a lot of questions to the stuff in the question-and-answer time, which might have been an effect of sake tasting.
