Study Tour (Biology) [10月 29,2026 ]

As part of the U Program Biology class, a field visit was conducted on October 14, 2026. On that day, eleven U Program students visited four laboratories in the Department of Biological Sciences, Graduate School of Science, The University of Osaka.

During the visit, the students received explanations of the research being conducted in each laboratory, observed experiments in progress, and had the opportunity to experience research facilities and equipment firsthand, including microscopes.

The students were highly satisfied with the experience, as it allowed them to observe research activities firsthand. After the visit, they shared comments such as, “The visit motivated me to study biology more seriously,” “Seeing in person what we had learned in class helped me deepen my understanding,” and “The experience strengthened my motivation to pursue higher education.”

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the faculty members and researchers who kindly took time out of their busy schedules to host and guide our students again this year.
